Here is a good place to introduce a major character in Nostradamus’ Sixains, he calls him The Leech. It is actually an allusion to a country south of France.

Immediately after World War II both the French and Arabs formed alliances of note. The French signed the Treaty of Brussels on March 17, 1948, which led to the creation of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization on April 4, 1949.

As a historical side note, the elected politicians of three major European countries did not sign the Treaty of Brussels: signing for Belgium was Prince Charles, signing for the Netherlands was Queen Wilhelmina, and signing for Great Britain was King George VI.

The Arab League was founded in Cairo on March 22^nd, 1945. There are two side notes to the formation of the Arab League that need to be examined to understand the identity of The Leech and another important character in The Sixains, The Relative of the Leech.

...After Egypt signed the Egyptian-Israeli Peace Treaty in 1979, Egypt was expelled and the symbolic capital of the Arab League was moved from Cairo to Tunis in Tunisia. In 1989, Egypt was allowed to rejoin the Arab League and its headquarters moved back to Cairo.

The second important historical note is the admission of Palestine. ...At the Arab League Summit of 1964; the League countered Israel's obstinacy to negotiate by giving Palestinians full membership.

ADDING IN THE SECRET HISTORY

Here is where I add more to the material in all of my books. There is the unspoken history in President Dwight D. Eisenhower's warning of the "Military-Industrial Complex", and that involves "The UFO/Extraterrestrial Phenomenon."

Despite these holocausts America is today the strongest, the most influential and most productive nation in the world. Understandably proud of this pre-eminence, we yet realize that America's leadership and prestige depend, not merely upon our unmatched material progress, riches and military strength, but on how we use our power in the interests of world peace and human betterment.

This conjunction of an immense military establishment and a large arms industry is new in the American experience. The total influence -- economic, political, even spiritual -- is felt in every city, every State house, every office of the Federal government. We recognize the imperative need for this development. Yet we must not fail to comprehend its grave implications. Our toil, resources and livelihood are all involved; so is the very structure of our society.

In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the militaryindustrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist.

We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together.

Akin to, and largely responsible for the sweeping changes in our industrial-military posture, has been the technological revolution during recent decades.

In the story told by former Colonel Philip Corso in his book, The Day After Roswell, in the early 1960s, this retired General was the military man in charge of dispersing Extraterrestrial technology to various Fortune 500 companies to reverse-engineer the hardware and examine the science under the guise of the Pentagon and CIA's Foreign Technology Divisions.

I am certain that dispersing the technology behind The UFO/Extraterrestrial Phenomenon to private industry is what President Dwight D. Eisenhower was warning the world about.

In 2024, we now know this to be true. It is so secret, nobody in the U.S. government can get a proper answer.

In 1948, Frank Wisner Sr. took charge of the Office of Policy Coordination (OPC). For the CIA’s espionage and counter-intelligence operations, he hired some very shady people.

At the newly created CIA, Frank Wisner Sr. seems to have been responsible for providing employment to many fascist mercenaries who were left over from World War II. The CIA has used people like them ever since.

One particular individual stands out during this historical period; it is the Italian financier, Licio Gelli. The Banco Ambrosiano Scandal showed the world the connections that the Vatican Bank has to fascist terrorism from South America to Rome, and more importantly, to The Illuminati and Freemasonry.

Licio Gelli was the leader of Propaganda Due, part of the Italian Masonic Lodge known as The Grand Orient of Italy, whose members referred to themselves as frati neri or the black friars.

The details in Quatrain II-67 are incredible. Nostradamus was writing for the historians, because he gives very fine details like the famous nicknames of secret agents that only those in power would recognize or that only historians would know after having gained access to the information once it was released to the public record.

Who, of course, in 1967 would have had access to information like this before the events unfolded or while they were occurring? Only people on the inside with high-level security clearances could possibly know. This is a perfect example of the level of detail that Nostradamus saw and how limited his readers’ vision is in comparison.

Quatrain II-67 is my example and argument that Nostradamus was writing to future historians. That is those historians who survive what is coming.

I would not be too surprised if Western intelligence agencies did not still carry a Nostradamus Specialist on staff every generation. During World War II both the Nazis and the British government had their own Nostradamus experts. The Nazis eventually sent theirs to a concentration camp where he died. And that is the downside historically.

CIA agent, Ted Shackley was there for it all, the Cuban Missile Crisis, the Cuban Project, the Bay of Pigs, the Vietnam War's Phoenix Program, and the Iran-Contra Affair. This was probably much to Lyndon B. Johnson's regret.

If Nostradamus is right, the Georgetown Set committed two coup d'états, President John F. Kennedy and the first CIA stooge president, Lyndon B. Johnson. On March 31, 1968, Johnson announced to the nation that he would not run for a second term in office, nor would he accept the Democratic Party’s nomination for the Presidency. One of the most pivotal years in history for the United States was 1967. Note the number of Nostradamus quatrain.

So, let us return again to Licio Gelli of Tuscany; whose life story is part of the public record. Licio Gelli was always a committed fascist. He volunteered for Mussolini’s Black Shirt expeditionary forces and fought in Spain to support Francisco Franco while also working with the Third Reich and Hermann Göring. After World War II, he gained notoriety by supporting the ratlines that fleeing Nazis were using to escape to South America.

In 1951, Gelli and Croatian Roman Catholic Priest Krunoslav Draganovic helped Klaus Barbie, the "Butcher of Lyon" escape to Argentina. Klaus Barbie was himself working for the 66^th Detachment of the United States Army Counter Intelligence Corps. As you will read, Klaus Barbie appears to have also worked with the Central Intelligence Agency while in exile in Argentina until his extradition to France in 1983.

Now in making the French, Italian, and English connection to President John F. Kennedy's assassination and Nostradamus' Quatrain I-26, we must bring up a short history lesson on post World War II France.

In 1963 Licio Gelli was working for the British and American Intelligence services.

During the same time period of the Kennedy assassination, President Charles De Gaulle escaped an assassination attempt on August 22, 1962. The Organisation de l'armée secrète was a French far-right nationalist group that had formed out of former military officers that were veterans of the Algerian War for Independence.

The OAS was founded in 1960 in Franco led Spain and elements of this group were later indicted and tried in France, leading to the execution of Colonel Jean-Marie Bastien-Thiry.

The Vatican Bank:
Several books, such as Unholy Trinity: How the Vatican's Nazi Networks Betrayed Western Intelligence to the Soviets, Genocide in Satellite Croatia 1941–1945 and The Vatican's Holocaust, which appeared during the 1980s and 1990s were highly critical of the Vatican Bank's historical relations with right-wing governments.

The Vatican Bank and Franciscan Order were accused of financing the ratlines and ODESSA and laundering concentration camp loot.

Krunoslav Draganovic:
...A Croatian Roman Catholic priest and historian who is accused as being one of the main organizers of the ratlines which aided the escape of Nazi war criminals from Europe after World War II.

He is believed to have been instrumental in the escape to Argentina of the Croatian wartime dictator and war criminal (and mass murderer), Ante Pavelic. Asked by Klaus Barbie why he was going out of his way to help him escape to Juan Peron's Argentina, he responded: "We have to maintain a sort of moral reserve on which we can draw in the future."

Paul Casimir Marcinkus:
Was an American archbishop of the Roman Catholic Church. He was best known for his tenure as President of the Vatican Bank from 1971 through 1989.

In July 1982, Marcinkus was implicated in financial scandals being reported on the front pages of newspapers and magazines throughout Europe, particularly the collapse of the Banco Ambrosiano, in which Propaganda Due (aka "P2"), a masonic lodge, was involved (Marcinkus had been a director of Ambrosiano Overseas, based in Nassau, Bahamas, and had been involved with Ambrosiano's chairman, financier Roberto Calvi, for a number of years). He was also involved with Michele Sindona, who had links with the Mafia.

In 1984, Marcinkus was named as a possible accomplice in the murder of Pope John Paul I by investigative journalist David Yallop in his book In God's Name.

He returned to the Archdiocese of Chicago in 1990...

A Masonic lodge operating under the jurisdiction of the Grand Orient of Italy from 1945 to 1976... During the years that the lodge was headed by Licio Gelli, P2 was implicated in numerous Italian crimes and mysteries, including the collapse of the Vatican-affiliated Banco Ambrosiano, the murders of journalist Mino Pecorelli and banker Roberto Calvi...

Roberto Calvi:
Chairman of Banco Ambrosiano... dubbed "God's Banker" by the press because of his close association with the Holy See... His death in London in June 1982 is a source of enduring controversy and was ruled a murder after two coroner's inquests and an independent investigation.

The French Cardinal Jean-Marie Villot was the Vatican’s Secretary of State. On September 28, 1978 John Paul I gave Villot a list of people connected to the Vatican Bank that were to be transferred. Many of the people were connected to Propaganda Due.

On September 29, 1979, Pope John Paul I was found dead in his bed. Villot had his body embalmed immediately, and against all traditions of the Catholic Church, the body was cremated. This would suggest that he was, “Poisoned, his blood in the sacred chalice.”

In the years immediately after the Pope’s death, many individuals connected to the Vatican Bank, the Banco Ambrosiano scandal, and the collapse of Franklin National Bank have died mysteriously or very dramatically. Take for instance, Roberto Calvi, the Director of Banco Ambrosiano. He was found hanging from London’s Black Friars Bridge with thirteen pounds of bricks in his pockets. Members of Propaganda Due, incidentally, call themselves the Black Friars.

Pope Francis: ‘I did what I felt I had to do’ during Argentina’s Dirty War.

One of the Jesuits at the meeting asked the pope what his relationship with Father Ferenc Jálics, the Hungarian, had been like and noted, “Serious accusations have been made against you.”

Father Jálics and another Jesuit, Father Orlando Yorio, were kidnapped by Argentina’s military junta in 1976. The pope, then-Jesuit Father Jorge Mario Bergoglio, was the Jesuit provincial of Argentina from 1973 to 1979, the height of the clandestine war that saw as many as 30,000 Argentines kidnapped, tortured, murdered or disappeared, never to be seen again.

Allegations periodically have surfaced that then-Father Bergoglio either failed to protect Fathers Jálics and Yorio or even that he facilitated their kidnapping.

OPERATION CONDOR:
A campaign of political repression involving assassination and intelligence operations officially implemented in 1975 by the right-wing governments of the Southern Cone of South America. The United States participated in a supervisory capacity, with Ecuador and Peru joining later in more peripheral roles.

The paternity of Operation Condor is to be attributed to General Rivero, intelligence officer of the Argentine Armed Forces and former student of the French. From 1976 onwards, the Chilean DINA and its Argentine counterpart, SIDE, were its front-line troops.

CIA documents show that the CIA had close contact with members of the Chilean secret police, DINA, and its chief Manuel Contreras.

Henry Kissinger, Secretary of State in the Nixon and Ford administrations, was closely involved diplomatically with the Southern Cone governments at the time and well aware of the Condor plan.

On May 31, 2001, French judge Roger Le Loire requested that a summons be served on Henry Kissinger while he was staying at the Hôtel Ritz in Paris. Loire wanted to question Kissinger as a witness for alleged U.S. involvement in Operation Condor and for possible US knowledge concerning the "disappearances" of 5 French nationals in Chile during military rule. Kissinger left Paris that evening, and Loire's inquiries were directed to the U.S. State Department.

French journalist Marie-Monique Robin found in the archives of the Quai d'Orsay, the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the original document proving that a 1959 agreement between Paris and Buenos Aires set up a "permanent French military mission" of officers who had fought in the Algerian War, and which was located in the offices of the chief of staff of the Argentine Army. She showed how Valéry Giscard d'Estaing's government secretly collaborated with Videla's junta in Argentina and with Augusto Pinochet's regime in Chile.

Marie-Monique Robin also showed ties between the French far right and Argentina since the 1930s, in particular through the Roman Catholic fundamentalist organization Cité catholique created by Jean Ousset, a former secretary of Charles Maurras.

The key figure of the Cité catholique was priest Georges Grasset, ...the spiritual guide of the Organisation de l'armée secrète (OAS) pro-French Algeria terrorist movement founded in Franquist Spain. This Catholic fundamentalist current in the Argentine Army explains, according to Robin, the importance and duration of Franco-Argentine cooperation. In Buenos Aires, Georges Grasset maintained links with Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre, founder of the Society of St. Pius X in 1970 and excommunicated in 1988.

In a cable dated October 18, 1973, Archbishop Giovanni Benelli, Vatican Deputy Secretary of State, denied the crimes committed by Pinochet’s junta, expressing “his and Pope’s grave concern over successful international leftist campaign to misconstrue completely realities of Chilean situation.”

More precisely, the cable documents Benelli’s view on the “exaggerated coverage of events as possibly greatest success of communist propaganda, and highlighted fact that even moderate and conservative circles seem quite disposed to believe grossest lies about Chilean junta’s excesses.”

His source of information was Cardinal Raúl Silva, a staunch opponent of communism. According to the cable, “Cardinal Silva and Chilean Episcopate in general have assured Pope Paul that junta making every effort to return to normal and that stories alleging brutal reprisals in international media secret are unfounded.

What is paramount in Nostradamus’ World War III prophecies is to recognize that any time he writes “The Seven”, it is most likely an allusion to the Group of Seven Nations. The G7 formed around a series of meetings between the financial ministers of France, Great Britain, and West Germany beginning on March 25^th, 1973.

Big plans seemed to have been set in motion in 1974. It began with the British elections on February 28^th, 1974 and a Hung Parliament a day later.

President Pompidou of France died on April 2^nd, 1974 and his successor resigned.

West German Chancellor Willy Brandt resigned on May 7^th, 1974 and three of his successors passed through the position by the end of the year.

President Richard Nixon of the United States was forced to resign on August 8^th, 1974.

Prime Minister Kakuei Tanaka of Japan resigned in a scandal on December 9^th, 1974.

There was more to The Watergate Scandal than history records. In the light of the removal of four world leaders in 1974, these original core nations would later form the Group of Seven Nations, the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Germany, Japan, Canada, and Italy.

He was working as night doorman at the Dakota on Dec. 8, 1980, when John Lennon was killed, and told the police that Mark Chapman was the assassin - a fact unmentioned by commercially-controlled media until March 1987.

On January 30^th, 1976, George H. W. Bush was sworn in as the Director of Central Intelligence.

On July 27^th, 1976 John Lennon won his legal battle to stay in the United States.

On November 4^th, 1980, Ronald Reagan and George H. W. Bush were elected President and Vice President.

On December 8^th, 1980, George H. W. Bush’s former CIA employee, José Sanjenís Perdomo was coincidentally there at the Dakota as the doorman when John Lennon was murdered.

The Church Committee:
The United States Senate Select Committee to Study Governmental Operations with Respect to Intelligence Activities) was a US Senate select committee in 1975 that investigated abuses by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), National Security Agency (NSA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

Chaired by Idaho Senator Frank Church (D-ID), the committee was part of a series of investigations into intelligence abuses in 1975, dubbed the "Year of Intelligence", including its House counterpart, the Pike Committee, and the presidential Rockefeller Commission. The committee's efforts led to the establishment of the permanent US Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.

The most shocking revelations of the committee include Operation MKULTRA, which involved the drugging and torture of unwitting US citizens as part of human experimentation on mind control;[1][2] COINTELPRO, which involved the surveillance and infiltration of American political and civil-rights organizations;[3] and Family Jewels, a CIA program to covertly assassinate foreign leaders.

It also unearthed Project SHAMROCK, a program in which the major telecommunications companies shared their traffic with the NSA...

THE IRAN-CONTRA SCANDAL

Frank Sturgis:
Frank Anthony Sturgis was one of the five Watergate burglars whose capture led to the end of the presidency of Richard Nixon.

He served in several branches of the United States military and in the Cuban Revolution of 1958, worked as an undercover operative for the Central Intelligence Agency, and was alleged to be involved in the assassination of John F. Kennedy.

In 1981 he went to Honduras to train the US backed Contras who were fighting Nicaragua's Sandinista government, which was supported by Cuba and the Soviet Union; the Army of El Salvador; and the Honduras death squads.

Theodore (Ted) Shackley "The Blond Ghost":
After Richard Nixon resigned, Gerald Ford brought in George H. W. Bush as Director of the CIA. This was followed by Shackley being appointed as Deputy Director of Operations. He therefore became second-in-command of all CIA covert activity.

Shackley was hoping to eventually replace Bush as director of the CIA. However, the election of Jimmy Carter was a severe blow to his chances. Carter appointed an outsider, Stansfield Turner, as head of the CIA. He immediately carried out an investigation of into CIA covert activities. Turner eventually found out about Shackley’s “Secret Team”. He was especially worried about the activities of Edwin Wilson and the Nugan Hand Bank.

The following month, Shackley traveled to Hamburg where he met General Manucher Hashemi, the former head of SAVAK’s (Shah/Iran) counterintelligence division at the Atlantic Hotel. Also at the meeting on 22nd November was Manuchehr Ghorbanifar. According to the report of this meeting that Shackley sent to the CIA, Ghorbanifar had “fantastic” contacts with Iran.

At the meeting Shackley told Hashemi and Ghorbanifar that the United States was willing to discuss arms shipments in exchange for the four Americans kidnapped in Lebanon.

Shackley recruited some of the former members of his CIA Secret Team to help him with these arm deals.

On 5th October, 1986, a Sandinista patrol in Nicaragua shot down a C-123K cargo plane that was supplying the Contras. Eugene Hasenfus, an Air America veteran, survived the crash and told his captors that he thought the CIA was behind the operation. He also provided information on two Cuban-Americans running the operation in El Savador.

This resulted in journalists being able to identify Rafael Quintero and Felix Rodriguez as the two Cuban-Americans mentioned by Hasenfus.

It gradually emerged that Thomas Clines, Oliver North, Edwin Wilson and Richard Secord were also involved in this conspiracy to provide arms to the Contras.

It was eventually discovered that President Ronald Reagan had sold arms to Iran. The money gained from these sales was used to provide support for the Contras, a group of guerrillas engaged in an insurgency against the elected socialist Sandinista government of Nicaragua. Both the sale of these weapons and the funding of the Contras violated administration policy as well as legislation passed by Congress.

Felix Rodriguez:
Félix Ismael Rodríguez was born into a wealthy, land owning family, in Cuba, in 1941.

At a meeting on 18th January, 1960, a group of CIA officials, including David Atlee Phillips, E. Howard Hunt, Jack Esterline, and Frank Bender, established Operation 40. It obtained this name because originally there were 40 agents involved in the operation. Rodriguez was one of the Cubans who joined this group.

One member, Frank Sturgis claimed: "this assassination group (Operation 40) would upon orders, naturally, assassinate either members of the military or the political parties of the foreign country that you were going to infiltrate...

In 1967 David Morales recruited him to train and head a team that would attempt to catch Che Guevara in Bolivia.

In the 1980s Rodriguez ran the Contra supply depot in El Salvador, and served as the bagman in the CIA's deal with Medellin. He met regularly with Oliver North and at the height of the Contra operations met Ronald Reagan and George Bush at the White House. He flew over 100 combat missions in Central America, and captured the Cuban backed military commander Nidia Diaz.

In 1987 he testified before the Senate Subcommittee on Terrorism and Narcotics. During one session John Kerry accused him of a soliciting a $10 million donation from the Colombian cocaine cartel.

The story had originally come Ramon Milian Rodriguez, a convicted money launderer for Columbia.

David Sanchez Morales:
In 1951 became a employee of the Central Intelligence Agency while retaining his army cover. The following year he joined the Directorate for Plans, an organization instructed to conduct covert anti-Communist operations around the world.

In November, 1961, William Harvey arranged for Morales to be posted to JM/WAVE , the CIA station in Miami. Morales was operations chief for the CIA's covert operation to train and infiltrate teams into Cuba to destabilize the Castro government. Morales reported directly to veteran Agency covert operator Ted Shackley, who was the Agency’s Miami bureau chief.

In January 2004, E. Howard Hunt gave a taped interview with his son, Saint John Hunt, claiming that Lyndon Baines Johnson was the instigator of the assassination of John F. Kennedy, and that it was organised by Morales, Cord Meyer, David Atlee Phillips and Frank Sturgis.

While researching a documentary, Shane O'Sullivan discovered a news film of the Ambassador Hotel on the day Robert F. Kennedy was assassinated. Bradley Ayers and other people who knew them, identified David Sanchez Morales, Gordon Campbell and George Joannides as being three men in the hotel that day.

1980, THE OCTOBER SURPRISE

Theodore (Ted) Shackley "The Blond Ghost":
In October, 1980, Shackley joined the company owned by Albert Hakim (he was paid $5,000 a month as a part-time “risk analyst”). Hakim was keen to use Shackley’s contacts to make money out of the Iran-Iraq War that had started the previous month.

A couple of days before the election Barry Goldwater was reported as saying that he had information that “two air force C-5 transports were being loaded with spare parts for Iran”. This was not true. However, this publicity had made it impossible for Jimmy Carter to do a deal.

Ronald Reagan on the other hand, had promised the Iranian government that he would arrange for them to get all the arms they needed in exchange for the hostages.

The arms the Iranians had demanded were delivered via Israel. By the end of 1982 all Reagan’s promises to Iran had been made. With the deal completed, Iran was free to resort to acts of terrorism against the United States. In 1983, Iranian-backed terrorists blew up 241 marines in the CIA Middle-East headquarters.

The Iranians once again began taking American hostages in exchange for arms shipments. On 16th March, 1984, William Francis Buckley, a diplomat attached to the U.S. Embassy in Beirut was kidnapped by the Hezbollah, a fundamentalist Shiite group with strong links to the Khomeini regime. Buckley was tortured and it was soon discovered that he was the CIA station chief in Beirut.

Shackley was horrified when he discovered that Buckley had been captured. Buckley was a member of Shackley’s Secret Team that had been involved with Edwin Wilson, Thomas Clines, Carl E. Jenkins, Raphael Quintero, Felix Rodriguez and Luis Posada, in the CIA “assassination” program.

Buckley had also worked closely with William Casey (now the director of the CIA) in the secret negotiations with the Iranians in 1980. Buckley had a lot to tell the Iranians. He eventually signed a 400 page statement detailing his activities in the CIA. He was also videotaped making this confession.

Adnan Khashoggi:
Khashoggi was born in Mecca, to Muhammad Khashoggi, who was King Abdul Aziz Al Saud's personal doctor, and Samiha Ahmed, a Saudi woman of Syrian origin. Khashoggi's sister was author Samira Khashoggi who married businessman Mohamed Al-Fayed and was the mother of Dodi Fayed. He was a paternal uncle of murdered journalist, Jamal Khashoggi.

Khashoggi was implicated in the Iran–Contra affair as a key middleman in the arms-for-hostages exchange along with Iranian arms dealer Manucher Ghorbanifar and, in a complex series of events, was found to have borrowed money for these arms purchases from the Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI) with Saudi and United States backing.

The Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI) was an international bank founded in 1972 by Agha Hasan Abedi, a Pakistani financier. The bank was registered in Luxembourg with head offices in Karachi and London. A decade after opening, BCCI had over 400 branches in 78 countries and assets in excess of US $20 billion, making it the seventh largest private bank in the world.

In addition to violations of lending laws, BCCI was also accused of opening accounts or laundering money for figures such as Saddam Hussein, Manuel Noriega, Hussain Muhammad Ershad, and Samuel Doe, and for criminal organizations such as the Medellin Cartel and Abu Nidal. Police and intelligence experts nicknamed BCCI the "Bank of Crooks and Criminals International" for its penchant for catering to customers who dealt in arms, drugs, and hot money.

HOW BCCI NEGOTIATORS DODGED BUREAUCRATIC TANGLES
Attorney General William P. Barr, that Monday, Nov. 23, he was confident that the intense negotiations of the previous month were about to pay off.

For months, critics in Congress and the media had suggested that the administration's investigation of BCCI had been half-hearted. Partly in response, Barr, then deputy attorney general, had formed a task force on BCCI headed by Robert S. Mueller III, assistant attorney general in charge of the criminal division.

Donald P. Gregg:
On 17th March, 1983, Gregg had a secret meeting with Felix Rodriguez and George H. W. Bush in the White House. As a result the National Security Council established a secret scheme to provide aid to the Contras in Nicaragua.

On 21st December, 1984, Gregg met with Felix Rodriguez and George H. W. Bush. This led to Gregg introducing Rodriguez to Oliver North.

In November, 1986, Ronald Reagan set-up a three man commission (President's Special Review Board). The three men were John Tower, Brent Scowcroft and Edmund Muskie. The report implicated Oliver North, John Poindexter, Casper Weinberger and several others but did not mention the role played by George H. W. Bush. It also claimed that Reagan had no knowledge of what had been going on.

When George H. W. Bush became president he set about rewarding those who had helped him in the cover-up of the Iran-Contra Scandal. Brent Scowcroft became his chief national security adviser and John Tower became Secretary of Defence. When the Senate refused to confirm Tower, Bush gave the job to Richard Cheney. Several others, including Casper Weinberger, who was indicted for lying to the Independent Counsel, and Robert McFarlane, were pardoned by Bush.

Iran–Contra Affair:
Often referred to as the Iran–Contra scandal, was a political scandal in the United States that occurred during the second term of the Reagan administration. Between 1981 and 1986.

On 24 December 1992, after he had been defeated for reelection, lame duck President George H. W. Bush pardoned five administration officials who had been found guilty on charges relating to the affair. They were:

1) Elliott Abrams;
2) Duane Clarridge;
3) Alan Fiers;
4) Clair George;
5) Robert McFarlane.

Bush also pardoned Caspar Weinberger, who had not yet come to trial. Attorney General William P. Barr advised the President on these pardons, especially that of Caspar Weinberger.

This prophecy was fulfilled when Russia was ejected from the Group of Eight Nations on March 23^rd, 2014.

This very important Nostradamus Quatrain ties the 1500 and 1700 Series of prophecies together.

Readers will note in the pages ahead, that all of The Sixain time-code predictions are 1600 Series of prophecies that begin in 2009 and end in 2075, while the 1700 Series of prophecies in The Quatrains frame the years of World War III.

I will suggest to readers that in Quatrain VI-2, Nostradamus is framing the lifespan of George Herbert Walker Bush’s New World Order, 1990 to 2014.

The 1700 Series of prophecies are Quatrains that set the beginning and ending dates of World War III. It is the twenty-seven-year war of The Antichrist.

The prediction in Quatrain VI-2 is that the February 2014 Ukrainian coup d’état, that was supported by NATO, will lead to a Russian victory in a war with NATO.

In 2014, The New World Order overreached. This is another perfect example of The Nostradamus Butterfly Effect.

His prediction that “several realms one to five will make a change” did not take place in 2014, but sometime in the near-future “one to five” countries will change.

After Russia’s invasion of Ukraine on February 24^th, 2023, we can now expect “one to five” NATO countries to change by the time The False Peace is negotiated.

In my 2010 EBook I suggested that these same tactics of The New World Order would be used against Iran and Syria. In 2012, that has become reality. This time, however, Russia and China are not willing to play.

As I wrote over six years ago, Russia’s participation in the Group of Eight Nations is not permanent. The Eight Headed Beast in the Book of Revelation is The New World Order and the Group of Eight Nations; this is why 1997 was a very important year.

As I mentioned in Chapter I, Sixain XXVIII sets the standard for all dated prophecies that just have three-digit numbers with ranges of 500, 600, or 700. You must always add one-thousand to the number given and then add the Code Key for that series.

In March 19^th, 2011, Barack Obama ordered the NATO attack on Libya.

On March 5^th, 2014, the first day of Lent, the Russians began loading nuclear weapons onto their bombers as they deployed their military forces to Crimea.

In a 2015 television interview, after a protracted and mysterious disappearance, Russia’s President, Vladimir Putin told the interviewer that during March of 2014, the Russian military was prepared to use nuclear weapons to defend its naval port in Sevastopol.

The Group of Seven Nations officially became the Group of Eight Nations at the June 20 to June 22, 1997 Denver, Colorado Summit of Eight.

Denver seems to have been chosen because of the connotations, rumors, and the symbolism related to an approaching apocalypse. There are the murals at the Denver International Airport that depict scenes of an apocalypse and Armageddon. They contain gruesome pictures of dead children and a gas mask wearing soldier carrying a sword and rifle, dead bodies, lines of refugees, and the burning ruins of cities. Are these scenes of the future?

Ominously, a giant statue of the Egyptian god of the dead, Anubis was erected on June 9, 2010 and stood until January 9, 2011.

As I covered in Chapter IV; we can see three 1500 Series Dated Prophecies and one 1600 Series Dated Prophecy.

1557 becomes 1967; it is the year that President Lyndon Johnson made his personal decision not to run for reelection.1 This connects to Quatrain II-67 and The Blond One, who I have interpreted as the infamous CIA agent known as The Blond Ghost, Theodore Shackley. Readers should also note the numbering of the Quatrain also indicates 1967.

TED SHACKLEY LEAVES SAIGON AFTER INSTITUTING THE PHOENIX PROGRAM

Phoenix Program:
The Phoenix Program was designed and initially coordinated by the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) during the Vietnam War, involving the American, Australian, and South Vietnamese militaries. In 1969, CIA responsibility was phased out, and the program was put under the authority of the Civil Operations and Revolutionary Development Support (CORDS).

The program, which lasted from 1967 to 1972, was designed to identify and destroy the Viet Cong (VC) via infiltration, assassination, torture, capture, counter-terrorism, and interrogation.

1585 becomes 1995; it is the year of The Oklahoma City Bombing. This happened under former President Bill Clinton, who I suspect is Nostradamus’ Adulterer in Quatrain VIII-14.
